Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Executive Committee of Beann Éadair CLG hereby gives notice of the Annual General Meeting
(AGM) of the Club to be held on Friday December 3rd at 8pm.
Notice of motions for the AGM and nominations of registered full members to serve as Chairman,
Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Public Relations Officer, Officer for Irish Language
and Culture, Players Representative or as one of five ordinary committee members may be made by
any two registered full members and must be submitted in writing to, and received by, the Secretary
no later than 19th November 2020. A nomination should be accompanied by the written consent of
the nominee. The Children's Officer shall be appointed at the Annual General Meeting on the
recommendation of the outgoing Executive Committee. Nomination forms can be downloaded from
the club website www.beanneadair.com. Nominations and Motions for the AGM received by the
Secretary by 19th Nov 2020 will also be posted in the clubhouse.
Copies of the minutes of the previous AGM, the Secretary's report, Chairperson’s Address, audited
accounts and sub-committee reports will be made available to registered full members on request
from November 23rd by email.
